<br />The Court further finds that under the law of descent in the State of Nebraska, the above
<br />described real estate passed and descended, upon the death of said Catherine E. Balmat, to the
<br />above named heirs as tenants in common, as follows: To said Joseph V. Balmat an undivided one-
<br />third (113) part thereof; and to said Stella M.Campbell, Evelyn Blanche Steele, Mabel Denman,
<br />Pearl J.Balmat and Henry B.Balmat, each an undivided two - fifteenths (2/15) part thereof.
<br />The court further finds that said property is not, and was not, at the time of the death of
<br />said Catherine E.Balmat, of the value of more than $4000.00, and was encumbered by mortgage.
<br />It is therefore by the court adjudged, considered and decreed that said deceased died intes -1
<br />tate more than two years Prior to the filing of said petition; that no administration has been
<br />had or applied for upon her estate in the state of Nebraska; that she died seized in fee simple
<br />of an estate of inheritance, situate in Hall County, Nebraska, as above set forth; that she left
<br />surviving her as her only heirs at law, the above named widower and children, who bear the degree
<br />of kinship to her as her surviving
<br />widower and children; and
<br />that said

<br />as follows: To said Joseph
<br />V. Balmat
<br />an undivided one -third

<br />heirs and assigns forever, and the same is hereby so awarded to them; that all debts of said de-
<br />ceased and her estate, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded; and that further adminis-
<br />tration of said estate is hereby dispensed with, and said estate forever closed.

<br />perty in the matter of the estate of Catherine E. Balmat, Deceased, with the original record
<br />thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the
<br />whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record' having a seal, which seal is
<br />hereto attached; that's aid Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, an
<br />that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of tree Records of said Court, and that the fore-
<br />going attestation is in due form of law.
