<br />Howard C.Miller, deceased.
<br />I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County,
<br />do hereby certify that on the 211, day of October 1914, the instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of Howard C.Miller, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the
<br />27th day of October 1914, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Howard C.
<br />Miller, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 27th
<br />day of October 1914.

<br />Howard C.Ifiller, Deceased. ) Now on this 2nd day of October, 1915, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of W.R.King, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of
<br />Howard C.IvTiller, deceased, it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested as required by law and the order of court, dated September 18,
<br />1915, and no one having appeared to object to the allowance of said report.
<br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects
<br />and ought to be allowed; that the said administrator has accounted for all of the estate which
<br />came into his possession and that there remains nothing in his hands belonging to said estate.
<br />The court finds that notice has been given to all creditors of the said deceased as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate and that the time so allowed has
<br />fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate as well as the costs of ad-
<br />ministration have been paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the saia Howard C.
<br />Miller, deceased, not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of W.R.King, administrator with the
<br />will annexed, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />It is further ordered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or
<br />demands against said estate and that the same is settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Howard C.Miller departed this life on the 14th day of October, 1914,1
<br />leaving a last will and testament which was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court.

<br />The court finds that the said Howard C.Miller was at the time of his death the owner of the fol-
<br />lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to —wit:
<br />Lot Number Seven (7) in Block Number 117, in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, and
<br />Block Sixtee 1166
<br />an undivided 1 interest in Lots 1 and 2 ^in Baker's A�,d((�it3�n to Grand Island, Nebraska.
