How <br />is entitled to an undivided one half interest in fee in and to all of the real estate above des- <br />cribed, and that said Jessie S. Binfield and Myrtie A. Tompkins are each entitled to an undivided <br />One fourtz (J) interest, in fee, in and to all of the above described real estate, subject only <br />to the provisions in said Will,thatfsaid Walter E. How shall have the option and first chance to <br />purchase the interest of said two daughters in said real estate, if he so desires. <br />The Court further finds that said respective interest6 in said real estate are not liable or <br />subject to an inheritance tax. <br />IT IS THERIFOR1, CO 4SIDIjiED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that said real estate, towit:- <br />Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen <br />(13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), and Nineteen (19) <br />in Block Five (5) in the Village of Hansen, Adams County, Nebraska; also the West Half (WI.) of <br />the South East Quarter (a) of Section Tvienty One (..21) in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the Sixth P.Y1. Hall County, Nebraska, be, and the same is hereby assigned and set <br />over to said Walter F. How an undivided onehalf interest in fee thereof, and to said Jessie S. <br />Rinfield and Myrtie A. Tompkins to each, an undivided one fourth (1/4) interest thereof, to them <br />and to their 'zeirs, assigns and grantees forever, subject however to the life estate and home- <br />stead interest therein of said Ellen How as above set forth, and to the provisions in said Will <br />as above described, and that said real estate and interest therein of said respective parties, is <br />in no manner liable for an inheritance tax. <br />The Court further finds that said above described real estate situate in the Village of Han- <br />sen, Nebraska, by common consent of all parties interested therein has been sold for $900; 15p. <br />cash in hand, and the balance to be paid 4150. a year, to be divided $50. to Walter E. How; $50. <br />to Myrtie A. Tompkins and $50 to Jessie S.
