<br />The court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of said real
<br />estate did pass and descend at the death of the testatrix to Anna Schipmann and Helene Schipmann,
<br />daug "aters of Elsabe Schipmann, in equal shares and in fee.
<br />It is Vierefore considered oy the court that Lots 7 and 8, to Block 92, in the original town
<br />now City of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,

<br />of Elsabe
<br />Schipmann, under the
