<br />In the name of God, Amen, I Elsabe Schipmann, of the City of Grand Island, in
<br />the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and be -i
<br />ing of sound mind and memory, blessed be God for the same, do make and publish this my last Will
<br />and Testament, in manner and form folloTw ing, that is to say:
<br />FIRST, I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my Estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property.
<br />If that be insufficient, I authorize my executor, hereafter named to sell so much of my Real
<br />Estate as may be necessary for that purpo>e.
<br />Second, I give to my children, Anna and Helene, all my household furniture, all of my person-;
<br />al property, after payin,s t'rierefrom the above mentioned items, and all the Real Estate of which I
<br />s'riall die possessed, to be equally dkvided amongst them.
<br />I 'iereby appoint my aaug_lter Anna, tree sole executrix of this my last will and Testament

<br />hearinT upon the final report of Anna Schipmann, executrix of the last will and testament of Elsabe
<br />Sc'riiprnann, deceased, all persons interested having been notified and having entered their voluntary
<br />appearance and askew t',iat the report be allowed.
<br />On consideration of t"rie report, and after a full examination thereof, tyie court finds that
<br />t'rie same is correct and ought to be allo%, ed; tyiat tn.e executrix yeas accounted for all of the es-
<br />tate whic�i came into her hands and that there remains no personal property in her possession for
