<br />Carr for her support during her lifetime and at her death said property to be conveyed to her
<br />children, share and share alike, the said executors however having power to sell said undivided
<br />half of Lot 3 above described, for the purpose of relieving the necessities of the said Eliza
<br />Katherine Carr or any of her children.
<br />The net income derived from the rents and profits of an undivided one half of Lot 3, in Block
<br />115, in Railroad Addition to Grand Island, ATebraska, to be paid by the executors to Anna Grace
<br />Jones for her support during the term of her natural life, and at her death said executors to
<br />convey said property to her children, and to the heirs of any deceased child, share and share
<br />alike, the said executors having power, however, to sell said undivided j of Lot 3, above describ-
<br />ed and to apply the proceeds derived from the sale thereof to the maintenance and support of
<br />Anna Grace Jones and to the maintenance, support and education of her children and to the repairs
<br />and improvement of other property devised to the said Anna Grace Jones.
<br />Under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament, Lot 4, in Block 115, in Railroad
<br />Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, is set apart as a home for Eliza Katherine Carr and her child-
<br />ren, during her natural lifetime or while she remains unmarried and as a temporary home for any
<br />of the daughters of the testator who may be living:apart from their husbands, said Eliza Kath-
<br />erine Carr and other daughter or daughters of the testator to have the said property rent free,
<br />but shall contribute equally to all taxes and insurance thereon and all necessary repairs thereto
<br />during the time they shall occupy the same.
<br />The court finds that the executors above named have power under the terms of the last will and
<br />testament to sell said Lot 4, above described, after the death of the said Eliza Katherine Carr,
<br />or after her remarriage, and that they have power to sell and convey all the rest and residue
<br />of the real estate owned by the testator, and that the proceeds of such sales shall be divided
<br />by them equally among the children of said John R.Thompson,
<br />John P.Thompson, Callie E.Farnsworth, Eliza Katherine Carr,
<br />Musser.
