STATIONERY; OMF.HG <br />Decree: 4—,. <br />In The County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />Decree. <br />John R.Thompson, Deceased. <br />Now on this 27th day of March, 19160 this cause came on for hearing upon the report of <br />John P.Thompson and Albert H.Farnsworth, executors of the last will and testament of John R. <br />Thompson, deceased, it appearing to the court from the proof on file, that all persons interested <br />in the estate of said deceased have been notified by publication as required by law and the order <br />of court dated March 13., 1916, and no one having appeared to object to or protest against the <br />allowance of said report. <br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects <br />and ought to be allowed together with all prior reports filed by said executors. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court th i the report of the executors filed March <br />13, 1916, as well as all other reports filed by them be and the same are hereby in all things <br />approved and allowed. <br />The court finds that creditors of the said John R.Thompson, deceased, were by order of court <br />allowed six months from the 18th day of November, 1912, in which to file their claims in the office <br />of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for allowance; that notice was given to all persons <br />interested, in the manner provided by law, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing <br />claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time limited for filing claims has long since <br />_...,expired; that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of the said John R.Thompson, deceas- <br />ed, have been fully paid and satisfied and that all persons are, therefore, forever barred and <br />precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John *R. Thompson, <br />deceased, and that all claims outstanding against the said deceased, if any such there be, are <br />forever barred and excluded. <br />The court finds that the said John R.Thompson departed this life on the 27th day of <br />September, 1912, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he <br />left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate <br />in this court on the 26th day of October,. 1912, and recorded in this office. <br />The court finds that the said John R.Thompson died seized of the following described real estate, <br />to -wit: The North -east Quarter of Section 18, Township 11, Range 12; <br />The North -west Quarter of Section 24, Township 11, Range 11; <br />The East half of the South -west Quarter and the last half of the North -west Quarter <br />of the South -west Quarter of Section 10, Township 11, Range 11; <br />Lots 6, 7, $,9, 10, 15 and 16 in Perkins Subdivision of the South -east Quarter of Section <br />12, Township 11, Range 10; <br />Lots 2, 3, and 4 in Block 115 Railroad Addition to Grand Island; <br />Fractional Lot 1 in Block 140 in U.P.Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island; <br />Lot Sixteen in Block Fourteen, College Addition to West Lawn; <br />Lots 1, 6,9 and 10 in Block number 4, in Wallich's Addition to Grand Island; <br />Lots 22 4,6, 8.9 10$ 12 and 14, in Block 13 in Scarf I s Addition to West Lawn, <br />All in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The West half of the South -west Quarter and the West half of the North -west Quarter <br />of Section 26, in Township 12, in Range 13, in Buffalo County, Nebraska. <br />An undivided 2 interest in Lot 1, in Section -1, in Township 24, in Range 14, in Garfield <br />County, Nebraska, and an undividdd i interest in <br />Thw South half of the North -east Quarter, The North half of the South -west Quarter, The <br />i <br />South east Quarter of the South -west Quarter and the South east Quarter of 'Section <br />I� <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
