<br />death of Vne fallowing described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Neb-

<br />South half of Section Two (2), Township Nine (9), Range Thirty -two (32), west of t-le 6th P.M. ,

<br />The North -west Quarter of the South-west Quarter (NwJ Swi),

<br />The North -west Quarter (NWJ), the west half of the North -east Quarter (wi of NEI ,
<br />and the North -east Quarter of the North -east Quarter, (NEJ of NEI)
<br />„all in Section Eleven (11), in Township Nine (9), in Range Thirty -two (32), west of the 6th P.M.,

<br />and that. all of said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Leopold Joseph
<br />Polzel, intestate, in the manner following:

<br />To Samantha Polzel, his widow, one- t'iird part thereof in absolute title;

<br />To Annie Ellen Hammond, Norah 114y Johnson, Mattie J. Fletcher, Hannah Ellen Coreveau, Eddie,
<br />Ora Polzel, Thomas Franklin Polzel, Emery Emmet Polzel, Nina Doyle, Nettie Laura Doyle, Charles
<br />August Polzel, Irma Leila Polzel, Howard L. Polzel and Sylvester G. Polzel, his children, two-
<br />thirds part thereof in equal snares, being two - thirty ninths part thereof to each.

<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that one third part of all of the above
<br />mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of Leopold Joseph Polzel
<br />i
<br />to Samantha Polzel in fee, and that two- thirds part thereof descended to the above named child -
<br />ren of the deceased, in equal shares, and undivided 239 part thereof to each, subject to the
<br />homestead tights of the said Samantha Polzel.
