<br />Now on this 20th day of October, 1915, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Samantha Polzel, Administratrix of the estate of Leopold Joseph
<br />Polzel, deceased, the proofs on file showing to the satisfaction of the court that notice has
<br />been published as required by law and the order of court dated October 8,1915, and there being
<br />no objection or protest on file.
<br />On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects. and
<br />ougAt to be approved and allowed as and for her final account; that the administratrix has ac-
<br />counted for all of the estate which came unto her,hands and that there remains no personal pro-
<br />perty in her possession for distribution.
<br />The court finds that notice to creditors of the said Leopold Joseph Polzel, deceased, was
<br />published as required by law and the orders of this court as to the time allowed and place ap-
<br />pointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time limited for filing
<br />claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully
<br />paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed, if any such
<br />there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of Samantha Polzel adminis
<br />tratrix, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is
<br />discharged of her trust and her bond released. _

<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing; or setting, up any claims or iemar ds against the estate of Leopold Joseph Polzel, deceased,
<br />and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Leopold Joseph Polzel departed this life on the 14th day of May,
<br />1912, and that he was at the time of his death an inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that he
<br />died intestate,and that ne left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the
<br />following named persons:
<br />Samantha Polzel, his widow;
<br />Annie Ellen Hammond, Norah May Johnson, Mattie J.Fletcher, Hannah Ellen
<br />Coreveau, Eddie Ora Polzel, Thomas Franklin Polzel, Emery Emmet Polzel, Nina Doyle, Nettie Laura
<br />Doyle, Charles August Polzel, Irma Leila Polzel, Howard L.POlzel and Sylvester G. Polzel, his
<br />children. The court further finds that the said Leopold Joseph Polzel died possessed of the fol-
<br />lowing described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Number Eight (8) in Block Thirty -two (32) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, and that said real estate did pass and descend under the law of descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska, in the manner following:
<br />To Samantha Polzel, his widow, one third part thereof in fee;
<br />To Annie Ellen Har!mond, Norah TvTay Johnson, Mattie J. Fletcher, Hannah Ellen Coreveau, Eddie,,
<br />Ora Polzel, Thomas Franklin Polzel, Emery Emmet Polzel, Nina Doyle, Nettie Laura Doyle, Charles
