<br />ning thence north to the north line of Section 36, thence east 25 rods, thence south 160 rods,
<br />thence west to the point of beginning, all of which land is situate in Section Thirty Six (36),
<br />in Township Eleven (11), North, in Range Ten (10), west of the 6t1i P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and
<br />the east half of the west half of lot two (2) on mainland and island, in Section One (1), in
<br />i
<br />Township Ten (10), in Range Ten (10), west, did pass and descend at the deatri of Cay Henrik Ewoldt
<br />to JULIt1S EWOLDT, in fee, tree boundaries of this -devise being indicated on the rough plat attach -
<br />ed to said last will and testament, and tie boundarres of the said Lot 2 being fully set our in
<br />plat recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament the fo
<br />lowing described real estate did pass and descend to HERMAN EWOLDT, in fee, to -wit:

<br />directly south along the west line of said South east Quarter 17 chains and 17 links, thence in
<br />a bow line back to the place of beginning, said bow line being 2 chains and 3 links, in the cen-
<br />ter, south east from a straight line between tae points mentioned, said triangular tract contain-}
<br />ing 20 acres and the first described tract containing 85 acres, all in Section Thirty Six (36), i

<br />It is therefore CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED any the court that the several tracts of
<br />real estate above described did pass and descend by absolute title., under the provisions of the I

<br />last will and testament of Cay Henrik Ewoldt, to the several devisees, Birnhard Ewoldt, Henry

<br />Ewoldt, Julius Ewoldt and Herman Ewoldt, in the divisions and shares thereof as set out and des-
