<br />above provisions in favor of My said husband, M.V.Cummings, to be in lieu of all rights he may
<br />have in and to my estate under the laws of the State of Nebraska. In the event my said husband,

<br />M.V.Cummings should renounce the provisions of this will in his behalf and elect to take under tho

<br />law, t °ien and in that event, the provisions of this will in favor of my said sons and the trust
<br />hereby created so far as they are concerned is to remain in full force and effect and are to be i
<br />carried out in the same manner as trough by said husband, M.V.Cummings, had accepted the provisions

<br />of this will. I direct that my said trustee, A.B.Cummings, be not required to give bond as such
<br />trustee.
