<br />part tnereof to each, subject to the homestead rights of the said Ephraam B. Engleman in and to

<br />It is therefore condidered, adjudged and decreed by the court that Lot 4 and the westerly 16
<br />feet of Lot 3, all in Block 128 in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island;,
<br />'in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Sallie T. Engleman, intes -I
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign c
<br />tificates in 1ais own name, and that I am tie legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said, Court, and that tie foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
