Engleman, deceased, <br />and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proof now on file that notice of the <br />filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon has been given to <br />all persons interested in aaid estate, both creditors and heirs, by publication as required by law <br />and tree order of court dated December 2, 1915- <br />On consideration of the petition and the evidence submitted the court finds that the said <br />Sallie T. Engleman departed this life on the 7th clay of October, 1913; that she died intestate; <br />that more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of the said deceased; that she <br />died seized of an estate of inheritance in the State of Nebraska, and that no application has been <br />made in this state for V'ie appointment of an administrator of the estate of said deceased. <br />The court finds that the said Sallie T. Engleman was at the time of her death the owner in fee <br />
