<br />Now on this 13th day of July, 1912, this cause came on to be

<br />heard upon the final report of Lucy E.Keraptar, administratrix of the estate of Charles Kemptax de
<br />ceased, and it appearing to the .satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that notice:

<br />;has been given to all persons interested as required by the order of Court dated June 28, 1912, an4
<br />I
<br />;no,�one appearing to object, and it further appearing to the court, after a full examination, that
<br />said report is oorrect and ought to be approved and allowed, and that said administratrix has ac-
<br />,counted for all of the estate wAiich came into her hands, it is therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND LECREED that the report of Lucy E.Kemptar, administratrix, be and the
<br />;same hereby is approved as and for her final account.

<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed anal
<br />I
<br />;place appointed for filing claims against the estate; that the time lir.ited for filing claims has j
<br />'fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and sat+
<br />I
<br />isfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed, if any such there be, are!
<br />therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
<br />setting; up any claims against the estate of Charles Kemptar, deceased, and that said estate is
<br />,fully settled and closed.
<br />It is found by the Court that the said Charles Kemptar,ddceased, was at the time of his death]

<br />The South -west Quarter and the South half of the North -,Vest Quarter of Section 21,
<br />Township 12, Range 12,
<br />Also Lot 2, Block 6 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, situated in the NEJ of Section 26, in
<br />T.zwnstiiip 12, Range 12.
<br />The court finds that the said Charles Kemptar departed this life, intestate, on the 22 day ofd

<br />'September, 1911, and that ne left surviving him as his heirs at law ands only heirs at law, the
<br />i
<br />#'011owing named persons: Lucy E. Kemptar, his widow, and Lucy Gertrude flurry, Carrie ��aud ScYilund,

<br />Charles H.Kemptar, Frank J.Kemptar and Elmer E.Kemptar, his children, and that the said Lucy E.
<br />;Ker►lptar is the mother of all of said children.
