<br />Hall Gounty, Nebraska; t1liat tier husband preceded her in death, and that she,,! 1. left surviving her as
<br />her only heirs-at-law, clliildren, as follows: John T. 1-Taug1lan and Henry J. Maug1ian, her sons,
<br />and Ella C. 14aughan (now Ella C.Connor) and Katherine L. Maughan, her daughters, all -of whom are
<br />now of legal age. (That said Catherine L.Llaug",ian was sometime known as "Katie" Maughan).
<br />The court fustier finds treat said deceased died seized of the following (described real atate,,
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lots numbered one, two, three, four, five, and six in
<br />Block Number Seven, and Lot Number Six in Block Number Twenty-six, all in the original town of
<br />Wool River, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded; treat upon the death of said Katie Maughan
<br />under t-rie laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, the above described real estate passed and
<br />descended, by operation of law, in equal shares, to the above named heirs-at-law, as tenants in
<br />common; that lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 8,9, and 10 in Block G, and lots numbered 1, 2, 3s 4, and 5
<br />in Block H, all in MacColl's and Leflangla 2nd Addition to the Village of Wood River, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, belonging to said deceased, as shown by the inventory iieretof ore filed in t_�Iis court,
<br />have been sold, under tie order of the District Court, Hall County, Nebraska, by said administrator
<br />for t'lie payment of debts allowed against said estate, and that said administrator has duly ac-
<br />counted for the proceeds of said sale.
<br />The court furt:ier finds tliut) as shown by Eaid reports, there is a balance due to said ad-
<br />ministrator for monies I)uiq out by him in tAe protection of said estate and property, the sum of
<br />4468.65, and there is due to Ella Dunphy, as guardian of the minor children of said deceased, for
<br />their support, on allowances made by this court,t2rie sum of 41257.00, and that .the heirs an4per-
<br />sons interested in said estate have arranged to make payment and settlementlof said amounts, and
<br />that it will not be necessary to sell any of the real estate belonA
<br />,�incr to said -state for said
<br />purpose, that said administrator has acco-,,)nted for all and singular of tle money and property of
<br />said estate comiriv into his hands.
<br />It is,therefore,by t'ie court adjudged, decreed and considered that the report of said admin-
<br />iotrator be, and tao same is hereby in all respects allowed, approved and confirmed; that all un-
<br />filed claims in the said estate, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded; that the above-
<br />described, real estate belonging to said deceased, passed and descended, at her death, to the
<br />above-named 'neirs-at-lww, in equal scares, as provided by tale law of descent in the state of Neb-
<br />:rasi,.,a, and the sw-iie_ is hereby alloted to them and to their heirs and assigns forever. That upon
<br />tAe filing herein of receiiAs from said -administrator for said sum of $468.65 and of said Ella
<br />Dunphy, guardian, for said sum of $1257.00, and release of their claims against said estate for
<br />said amounts, said ost.ate will 'be closed, said administrator discharged, and his bond released.
