<br />of the Court, and has filed with this Court a Bill of Bale executed by May L.Underwood, Hattie L.
<br />Lindsay and Francis H.Lowell to said Susie R.Lowell, widow, for ail of their interest in and to
<br />the persenal property belongin��; to said Estate, which Bill of Sale is accepted by this Court as
<br />a voucher; and that said Administratrix should be discharged from her said trust.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND ORDER1,D by the Court that the said account of Susie R
<br />Lowell, Administratrix as aforesaid, be and the �3wie is hereby approved, confirmed, allowed and

<br />ordered recorded as her final account, and that the said Susie R.Lowell be and she is hereby dis-
<br />charged and absolved from any and all liability on account of said trust, her Letters of Adminis-
<br />tration cancelled and z.nnulled and her bond released from all future liability.
<br />IT IS FURTHER COT SIDER1D, ADJUDGED AND ORDERED by the Court that the house -hold goods, wear-
<br />ing apparel, jewelry and ornaments of the said David W.Lowell, together with an undivided One -
<br />tAir.d (113) interest in and to all of the balance of t!ae personal property belonging to said Es-
<br />tate be and the same is hereby assigned to Susie R. Lowell, widow; and that the remaining undividt
<br />ed Two - thirds (2/3) interest in and to said personal property be and the same is hereby assigned 1
<br />to ITay L.Underwood, Hattie L.Lindsay and Francis H.Lowell, share and share alike.
