<br />hearing and it was ordered treat hearin4, be had at V_ais time without further notice,
<br />5. That or, said day ul--on such hearing-,, the Court made an order appointing Susie R.Lowell
<br />Administratrix of said Estate, and directed t.,iat Letters of Administration issue to her upon her
<br />f bond in the sum of $1000.00 with sureties to be approved by the Court and taking and fil-
<br />ing the oath required by law.
<br />6. That on said lay, Susie R.Lowell duly qualified as such Administratrix by filing bond
<br />with sureties which were approved by the Court and taking, and filing the oath required by Law,
<br />and therei),pon Letters of Administration were duly issued to her and she entered Upon the discharge
<br />of her duties as such Administratrix.
<br />7. That on said dW,,,r the Court made an order fixing the 5th day of June.1909, at 10 o'clock
<br />A.M., at the County Court Room in Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, as the time and place for the
<br />filing, examination and ad, ustrnent of claims against said Estate and directed that all claims not
<br />filed on said day, so limited, or within six months thereafter should be forever barred, and fur-
<br />ther directed that notice of such order should be given by the publication of a copy thereof in
<br />the HASTINGS TRIBUNE, a nel,%rspaper printer!, published and of general circulation in said county
<br />for four week,o, prior to said day of hearing.
<br />8. That notice vvuo by the publication of a copy of said order in the HASTINGS TRIBUNE,
<br />as directed, and that proof of the due publication thereof was filed with this Court on the 16th '
<br />day of June, 1909.
<br />9. That the time limited for the filing, examination and adjustment of claims 'against said
<br />Estate has lon-, since expired and that all claims filed and allowed have been fully paid, includ-
<br />ing costs of administration, and that all c1alms not filed have become barred by the Statute of
<br />Limitation, and that there are no appeals pending from the disalloaance of any claim.
<br />10. That the said David W.Lowell died seized of the following described real estate, to-wit-

<br />11. That t%ie said David W.Lowell left surviving him as his only heirs at law the following
<br />named persons, to-wit:-

<br />Francis H.Loorell, son, aged 24 years, Nartin Township, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />12, Tile Court furtfler finds treat the said Susie R.Lo,.,rell, widow, is entitled to Lot One (1)i
<br />Block One (1), hamsher's A(,.,idition to Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, for the term of her natural
<br />life, and at her death t'rie same to go in fee sim-ple title share and share alike to Alay L-Underwood,
<br />Hattie L.Lindsay and Francis H.Lowell; that the said Susie R.Lowell Is also entitled to all of the
<br />house—holl goods, wearing apparel and ornaments of the said Deceased, also an undivided One - third,
<br />(113) interest in and to the balance of the property belonging to said estate, both real and per-
<br />sonal; and the said 'ITay L.Underwood, Hattie L.Lindsay and Francis H.Lowell are entitled to the re-
<br />maining undivided n%,o-thirds (2/3) interest in said property, share and share alike.
<br />That the -o-aid Susie R.Lov,,ell submitted her account and no one appearing to object there-
<br />to, or contest the same, tare Court finds that said account is just and true and should be allowed
<br />and ordered recorded as hoir final account.
