Lowell, Administratrox of the Estate of (avid W. That on the 27th day of March, 1911, all the heirs at law and persons interested in sai <br />Estate filed waiver of issuance and publication of any notice relating to the settlement and fin- <br />al distribution of said Estate and requested that said notice be not required, and that nearing <br />be had upon said final report of the Administratrox, whereupon the Court ordered that hearing be, <br />j <br />had forthwitli without further notice. j <br />2.
