<br />Now on this 27th day of March, 1911, this cause came on to

<br />be heard upon the petition of Susie R. Lowell, Administratrox of the Estate of (avid W. Lowell,
<br />Deceased, praying for the examination and allowance of Tier account and for her discharge as such!
<br />i
<br />Administratrix, and is submitted to the (Court, upon consideration whereof, the Court finds from
<br />I
<br />the records, tie proofs on file and trie evidence:
<br />1. That on the 27th day of March, 1911, all the heirs at law and persons interested in sai
<br />Estate filed waiver of issuance and publication of any notice relating to the settlement and fin-
<br />al distribution of said Estate and requested that said notice be not required, and that nearing
<br />be had upon said final report of the Administratrox, whereupon the Court ordered that hearing be,

<br />had forthwitli without further notice. j
<br />2. The Court further finds that the said David W.Lowell departed this life intestate, at
<br />his home in Hastings, Adaans County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of February, 1909, being at the
<br />time of his death and for a long time prior thereto, a resident and inhabitant of said County
<br />and State.

<br />3. That on the 17th day of 111arch, 1909, Susie R.Lowell by her attorney, Chas.K.Hart, filed
<br />with this Court her petition praying that Letters of Administration rnigTit issue to her upon the
<br />estate of David W. Lowell, Deceased.
