<br />Now on tYiis 17th day of July,1909, t1lis cause came on for hearing upon the final account
<br />of Vargaretha Dreessen, Administratrix of V,le estate of Vathilda Dreessen, deceased, and it ap-
<br />iearin�r to the Satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that all persons interested
<br />in said estate have been duly notified, as required by law and tile order of this court, of the
<br />filinF, of siaid report and of the,, time and I-lace fixed for the hearing thereon, and no one appear-
<br />a full-examination, that said account is correct and ought to be
<br />ink; to object to the a11o14,`4,ance of said account, and it further appearing, aftera-
<br />pproved and al-
<br />lowed as unri for +.?iE,, final account of said Administratrix, it is t1lerefore,
<br />ORDY�ED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that tYie report of Margaretha Dreessen, Administratrix of the
<br />estate of ,tiathilda Dreessen, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for
<br />her final account and she is discharged of her trust and her bond released.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice las given all creditors of the time allowed and
<br />place appointee for filin claims against said estate, by publication and by posting, as required
<br />by order of court; that tj+ae time allowed for presenting claims has fully expired; that all claims
<br />filed and allowed by tie court have been paid and s-4tisfied; that all claims not presenter], if
<br />any taerebe, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It Is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all persons are forever barred from filing or set-
<br />ting up any claims or demands against the estate of Ivlathilda Dreessery deceased, and said estate
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Hat'.11ilda Dreessen departed this life on t1rie 9th day of July,
<br />1909, leaving surviving, her as her heirs at law, and her only heirs at law, the following named
<br />persons.: Christian Dreessen, Margaretha Dreessen, Albert Dreessen, George Dreessen, Erich F.Dree-
<br />I
<br />ssen, Carl Droessen, Friedrich Dreessen, Richard Dreessen, '.Iler children.
<br />The Court finds tYlat the said Matliilda Dreessen ,%ras at thie time of her death the owner of
<br />the following eiescribed real estate, to-wit: Lots 7 & 8 in Block 26 in Wheeler's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebrasla, In Hall County, and
<br />Lot 3 in Section 9, Lot 8 in Section 5 and Lots 5 & 6 and North half of South lVest quarter and
<br />11orth West Quarter of Sout"rl East quarter of' Section 4 all in ToWnship 19, North, of Range 19 West,
<br />of the 6th P.M. in Custer County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the lots above described, situate in Grand Island, Hall County, have
<br />been sold by order of the District Court, and that all of the real estate situate in Custer County,
<br />Nebraska, to-wit: LOT 3 IN SECTION 9, LOT 8 IN SECTION 5 AND LOTS 5 & 6 AND NORTH HALF Or SOUTH
<br />IIVEST QUARTER AND NORTh W"EST QUARTIR, OF SOUTH EAST QUARTER OF SECTION 4, all in TOWNSHIP 19, NORTH,
<br />OF 'RA14GE 19 WEST 01' THE 6t -i P.M., did pass and descend at the deatn of the said Mathilda Drees-
