FINAL DECREE'
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
iIn the matter of the estate of)
FINAL DECREE:
'JOHN W.YUNGE. DECEASED.)
Now on this 25th day of October,1915, this cause came on for
hearing upon the final report of Bayard H.Paine, Administrator of the estate of John W.Yunge, de-
ceased, it appearing to the court that all persons interested in said estate have entered their
voluntary appearance in the matter, waived notice of final settlement and ask that said final re-
port be allowed.
On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
to be approved; that the administrator has accounted for all of the estate which came into his
possession and that there remains nothing in his hands for distribution.
The court finds that due notice was published as required by law and the order of this court
of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased;
that the time allowed in whieh to file claims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature wer
filed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate, not filed, if any sue
there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred fro
filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John W.Yunge, deceased, and that
said estate is fully settled and closed.
It is further considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Bayard H.Paine, admin -'
istrator, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is
discharged of his trust.
The court finds that the said John W.Yunge departed this life, intestate, on the 17th day of
August, 1913, in Clay County, Iowa, and that he was at the time of his death the owner of real es-i
tate in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
The north -east Quarter of Section Twenty -three (23), in Township Ten (10), in Range Nine (9)
west of the 6th P.M.
The court finds that the said John W.Yunge left surv'ing him as his heirs at law and his only]
heirs at law, the following named persons:
Bertha Yunge, Louisa McArdle, and Ida Siebel, his daughters, and Henry Yunge, his son.
i
The court finds that under the law of descent of the the State of Nebraska, all of the above
mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said John W.Yunge in
the manner following, to tilt:
An undivided one- fourth pert thereof to Bertha Yunge;
An undivided one - fourth part thereof to Louisa McArdle:
An undivided one - fourth part thereof to Ida Siebel, and
An undivided one - fourth part thereof to Henry Yunge,
to have and to hold, to them and their heirs and assigns forever in absolute title.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the North -east 4 of Section 23, in
Township 10, in Range 9, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of John W.Yunge, In-
testate, to Bertha Yunge, Henry Yunge, Louisa McArdle and Ida Siebel, his children, in equal shams
and in fee title.
