<br />a son and Dora Blue, Olive Coons, Tracy Omey, Norma Omey, Inis Omey, Clifford Omey and Roy omey,
<br />grandchildren of the said Isabelle Omey and children of Edward A.Omey, a deceased son of the said
<br />Isabelle Omey, deceased; and that upon the death of the said Isabelle Omey the real estate herein
<br />described did pass and descend by absolute title as follows: To Nora Graves, Louis omey, John
<br />Omey, Quintes D.Omey and Lillia Omey Waddington, each an undivided one -sixth (116); and to Dora
<br />Blue, Olive Coons, Tracy Omey, Norma omey, Inis Omey, Clifford Omey and Roy Omey, jointly an un-
<br />divided one -sixth (116).
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by tide court that the final report of the said
<br />Quintes D.Omey filed herein in his capacity as administrator of the estate of Isabelle Omey, de-
<br />ceased be and the same hereby is in all things approved and said Quintes D.Omey is hereby dis-
<br />charged as such administrator and his bond released and said estate closed.
<br />It is further orderea adjudged and decreed by the court that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Isabelle Omey, deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined
<br />and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against the estate of the said Isabelle
<br />Omey, deceased.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that upon the death of the said Is-
<br />abelle Omey,deceased, the title to the undivided one -third of the South -East Quarter of Section 1 ,g,
<br />in Township 11, North of Range 12, West, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend to the fol-
<br />lowing; xiamed persons and in the following proportions:
<br />To Nora Graves, Louis Omey, John Omey, Quintes D.Omey, and Lillia Omey Waddington, each an undi-
<br />vided one- sixth, and to Lora Blue, Olive Coons, Tracy Omey, Norma Omey, Inis Omey, Clifford Omey,
<br />and Roy Omey, jointly, and undivided one - sixth.
