<br />Now on this 27 day of October, A.D.1915, this cause came on for hear
<br />ing upon the final report of Quintes D.Omey, as administrator of the estate of Isabelle Omey, de-
<br />,ceased, and the court, having duly examined the records and proofs on file, finds that due and
<br />!legal notice has been given to all of the persons interested in said estate of the filing of said)
<br />I �
<br />ifinal report and the time fixed for hearing thereon in the manner provided by law and as heretofore
<br />ordered by the court.
<br />And the court having examined the final report of the said Quintes D.Omey, as such adminis-
<br />trator, and the proofs on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that
<br />'the same ought to be allowed as tree final report of the said Quintes D.Omey as such administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Isabelle Orney, deceased, departed this life intestate
<br />on the 21st day of December, 1914, and that at the time of her death she was a resident of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; that the said Quintes D.Omey as such administrator has fully accounted for all
<br />and that there remains nothing in his hands as such administrator
<br />of the personal estate in his hands as Ouch administrator
<br />^for distribution; that the said Quintes
<br />D.Omey as such administrator has paid the costs of administration and funeral expenses of said
<br />deceased and that there are no claims on file against said estate.
