estate have been notified and have entered their voluntary appearance herein, waiving time and
further notice and it further appearing that all debts filed against laid estate have been paid,
the court proceeds to examine said report. After a full examination thereof the Court finds that j
said report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the administrator has accoun+-
ted for all of the estate which came to his possession and that nothing remains in his hands for
distribution; that due notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed and place appointed
for filing claims against said estate; that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired;;
I
that the action of the heirs in paying the claim of William Schroeder heretofore filed against
said estate is approved and said claim is hereby allowed against said estate; that all claims out}
I
standing against said Sophie Schroeder, deceased, and not filed for allowance within the time al-
i
lowed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
miristrator be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Sophie Schroeder, deceased, and
that said estate if fully settled and closed.
The court finds that the said Sophie Schroeder departed this life on the 29th day of May,
1913, at her residence in Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate, leaving surviving
her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law, the following named persons;
WILLIAM SCHROEDER, a Son,
CHARLES SCHROEDER, a Son,
HENRY SCHROEDE2, a Son, and
OTTO SCHROEDER, a Son.
I
The Court finds that the said Sophie Schroeder was at the time of her death the owner of thell
following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: I
Lot Number Two (2) in Block Number Twelve (12) in Kernohan & Decker's Addition to the City o
r
Grand Island, and it is the finding of the Court that under the law of descent of the State of
Nebraska, said real estate above described did pass and descend at the death of Sophie Schroeder,
i
intestate, to the said William Schroeder, Charles Schroeder, Henry Schroeder, Otto Schroeder, in -I
I
equal shares.
I i
It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that Lot 2, in Block 12, in Kernohan &
Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and desceed at
the death of Sophie Schroeder, intestate, to William Schroeder, Charles Schroeder, Henry Schroede
and Otto Schroeder, as tenants in common, to have and to hold to them and therir heirs and assigns
forever.
