The Court further finds that said above stated balance of $1056.o5 in the hands of said ad-

<br />To Mathias Neuhalfen, his son, 1/123, 88.01
<br />To Regina W.Neuhalfen, his daughter, 1/12, 88.01
<br />To Jacob C.Neuhalfen, his son, 1/12, 85.01
<br />To Michael M.Neuhalfen, his son, 1112, 88.01

<br />And that said above described real estate, upon the death of said Michael Neuhalfen, passed
<br />and descended, by operation of law, to his said above named heirs at law, as provided by the law
<br />of descent of the state of Nebraska, as follows:
<br />One Third part to the said Anna M.Neuhalfen, widow of said deceased, and One- Twelfth part to
<br />each of the said above named children of said deceased, all as tenants in common, subject to the
<br />homestead rights of the said Anna M.Neuhalfen in said Lot 4, Block 121 of Koenig & Wiebe,s Addi-
<br />tion to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as provided by the law.
<br />It is therefore, by the court, adjudged, decreed and considered, that said report of said ad-
<br />ministratrix is hereby approved and allowed; that all claims not filed against said estate are
<br />forever barred and precluded; that said administratrix shall distribute the above named balance of
<br />$1056.08 among the heirs at law of said deceased, as herein found, and file their receipts there-
<br />for in this court; that said above described real estate, of which said deceased died seized, pas-
<br />sed and descended by operation of law to said above named heirs at law of said deceased as_ herein
<br />found, as provided by the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, One -Third part to said Anna M.
<br />Neuhalfen, widow, and One- Twelfth part to each of said above named children of said Michael Neu-
<br />halfen, deceased, subject to the homestead rights of said widow in said homestead a4herein stated,
<br />and same is hereby so awarded to them, as tenants in common; that said estate is closed, and that
<br />upon the filing of receipts from said heirs at law for their distributive shares of said balance,'
<br />said Administratrix will be discharged and her bond released.
