<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Michael Neuhalfen, deceased.)
<br />On this 28th day of October, 1915,this cause came on for hearing
<br />i
<br />upon the final report of Anna M. Neuhalfen, administratrix of said estate, and on her petition
<br />i
<br />for a final settlement thereof, and it appearing from the proof on file herein, that all persons
<br />interested in said estate had signed a notice of the filing of said report and a waiver of publi -j
<br />i
<br />cation and the time of the hearing thereon and has asked that same be approved and allowed, and,
<br />upon examination, the court finds that said report is in all respects correct and should be al-
<br />lowed and approved.
<br />The court further finds from the proof an file that due and legal notice, as by law and the
<br />orders of this court required, has been given to all persons having claims against said estate, o'
<br />the time and place for filing same, that said time has expired and that all claims against said
<br />estate, together with the costs of administration have been fully paid, and that all claims not
<br />i
<br />filed against same, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The court further finds that said administratrix has accounted for all and singular of the
<br />property of said estate coming into her hands, has distributed same as by the orders of this cour�
<br />required, and that there remains in her hands for distribution among the heirs at law of said de-
<br />ceased the sum of One Thousand Fifty -six and 8/100 Dollars ($1,056.03).
<br />The Court further finds that said Michael Neuhalfen died intestate and left surviving him asi
<br />his only heirs at law the following named persons, all of whom are over twenty -one years of age, I
<br />I
<br />viz: I
<br />Anna M.Neuhalfen, his widow, (and who is the mother of all his children;
<br />I
<br />Elizabeth Lacher,(formerly Neuhalfen) and Regina W.Neuhalfen, his daughters;
<br />Philip Neuhalfen,Francis P.Neuhalfen, William F.Neuhalfen, Mathias Neuhalfen, Jacob C.Neuhal4
<br />fen, and Michael M.Neuhalfen, his sons.
<br />That said deceased died seized in fee simple of the following described real estate, situate
<br />in Hamilton County,Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North -West Quarter and the North Half of the South -West Quarter of Section Numbered Twe
<br />ty -Nine (29) in Township Numbered Ten (10) North, Range Eight (8) West, consisting of 240 acres;
<br />Also the following described real estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Twenty -One (121) of Koenig & Wiebe,'`s Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, which last described premises was, at the time of his death, the home-
<br />stead of said deceased and of his said wife, Anna M, Neuhalfen, and•is still the homestead of saV
