<br />Your petitioner, Henry Yunge respectfully shows that John VY. Yunge late of said County, now
<br />deceased, died at Gillett Grove Twp. in Clay County, Iowa, on or about the 17th day of August 1911,
<br />leaving no last will and testament so far as known to and believed by his petitioner. That said
<br />deceased left surviving him no widow but the following heirs -at -law, viz:
<br />Bertha Yunge age 38 residence Spencer, Iowa.
<br />Henry Yunge age 36 residence
<br />Louisa McArdle age 28 residence It

<br />Ida Seibel age 23 residence to
<br />i
<br />That said deceased died seized of the following described real estate, viz; Certain real estate �
<br />in Illinois and Nebraska. and also personal property of about the value of Seven Hundred ($700 »)
<br />Dollars which may be lost, destroyed or diminished in value, if speedy care be not taken of the
<br />r

<br />same. And that the value of said estate (undiminished by debts) does not exceed the sum of Fif-
<br />teen Thousand Dollars.

<br />Your petitioner being a son of said deceased, therefore prays that Letters of Administration may
<br />,be granted unto him or the estate of John W. Yunge deceased. j
