DECRE' -
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
In the matter of the estate of )
DECREE OF HEIRSHIP.
LUCY JOHNSON, DECEASED. )
Now on this 16th day of September, 1915, this cause came on to be
heard on the petition of Lary E. Van Campen for the determination of heirship and right of descent
and the evidence submitted to the court.
On consideration whereof the court finds that notice has been given to all persons interested
in the estate of said Lucy Johnson, deceased, both creditors and heirs, of the time and place
fixed for hearing said petition as required by law and the order of court; that the time fixed
fdr the hearing; was more than thirty days after the filing of the petition and that notice was
published three successive weeks prior to the day of hearing.
The court finds that said Lucy Johnson departed this life on the 10th day of February,1907,
In the County of Hall and State of Nebraska; that she died intestate; that she left surviving her
as her sole heir at law, Eli Fay, her brother; that she left a husband, William H.Johnson; that
more than two years have elapsed since her death; that she died seized of the following described .
real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
Lot Number Five (5) in Block Number Twenty -three (23) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City
of Grand Island.
The court finds that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment
of an administrator for the estate of said deceased.
The court finds that under the law of dese -ent of the State of Nebraska, as in force at the
time of the death of the said Lucy Johnson, the above described real estate did pass and descend at
her death to her brother, Eli Fay, subject to the curtesy interest of her husband, William H.Johnson.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that at the death of Lucy Johnson, in-
testate, Lot Number 5, in Block Number 23, Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend under the law of the State of Nebraska, as in force February
10,1907, to her brother, Eli Fay, subject to the curtesy interest therein of William H.Johnson,
her husband.
