At a session of the County Court held at the County Court Room in <br />Hall County ) <br />Grand Island in said County, on the 28" day of December A.D.1911, <br />present J.H.Mullin County Judge. In the matter of the estate of Lucinda M.Depue deceased, I, J. <br />H.Mullin County Judge in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the Second day of Decem- <br />ber A.D.1911, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Lucinda M.Depue, de- <br />ceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 28 day of December, A.D.1911, said in- <br />strument to which this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and <br />testament of the said Lucinda M.D .epue deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the re- <br />cords of the court aforesaid. <br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the said County Court this <br />2811 day of December A.D.1911. <br />(SEAL) J. H. Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter of the Estate) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />LUCINDA M.DEPUE, DECEASED.) Now on this 12th day of April,1913,this cause came on for hear- <br />ing, having been duly continued from the 5th day of April, and it appearing to the satisfaction <br />of the Court, from the proof on file, that all persons have been notified of the filing of the <br />administrator's report and of the time and place for final settlement of said estate, and no one <br />having; appeared to object to the allowance of the same, the court proceeds to examine said report. <br />After a full examination thereof the Court hinds that the Administrator of said estate has <br />fully accounted for all of the estate which came to his possession or knowledge, that there is no, <br />money or other property in his hands for distribution, and that his account is correct in all res- <br />peots and ought to be approved and allowed as anoor his final account. <br />It is found by the Court that legal notice was given to all creditors of the time allowed <br />and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said Lucinda M.Depue; that the time <br />limited for presenting claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed have been set- <br />tled and paid, and that all claims outstanding against the said Lucinda M.Depue ancnot so filed, <br />if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore ordered and decreed that the report of W.H.Thompson, administrator, be and <br />the same hereby"`approved and allowed as and for his final account. <br />It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or set- <br />ting up any claims or demands against the estate of Lucinda M.Depue,deceased, and that the said <br />estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Lucinda M.Depue was at the time of her death the owner of the <br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Fractional Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Fractional Block Three (3) in Kernohan & Deckers <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island. <br />
