<br />In the name of God, Amen, I Milton Hunt,
<br />being of sound health and body, and disposing
<br />and memory, do make and publish this,my last
<br />mind
<br />will and testament, hereby
<br />revoking all former wills,
<br />by me at any time made.
<br />FIRST: I direct tnat all my just debts,
<br />including funeral expenses and the expenses of ad-
<br />ministration, be paid by ray executors.
<br />SECOND: I give, bequeath unto my sister,
<br />Mrs Emma Shoemaker, whose last known address was
<br />.T,TarysVille, Missouri, but whose address is now unknown, One Dollar.
<br />THIRD: I give, bequeath unto my sister,
<br />Anna Sample of Los Angeles, California, One Dollar.
<br />FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my sister, Vary M.R atliff of Gresham, Oregon, all
<br />the residue of my estate and property both real and personal,

<br />The said Tilton Hunt, at said Gresham, Oregon, on said 26th defy of February A.D.1914, signed
<br />and sealed this instrument, and published and declared the same as and for his last will in our
<br />presence, and we, at his request, and in his presence, andAn the presence of each other, have
<br />hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

<br />Now on this 21st day of July, 1915, this cause came on to be
<br />heard upon the final report of M.T.Garlow, Administrator with tile Will Annexed of the estate of
<br />Hilton Hunt, deceased, it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof on file that notice
<br />has been given all persons interested as required by the law and the order of court dated July 10,
<br />1915, and t ?sere being no objection or protest on file.
<br />After due examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects
<br />and ougUt to be allowed; that the said administrator with the will annexed has accounted for all
<br />of the estate which came into his hands and tiiat there remains nothing in his possession for dis-
<br />tribution.
<br />The court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of the said Milton Hunt of the
<br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the
<br />time limited for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the said Milton
<br />Hunt, deceased, not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by tn.e court that the report of the administrator
<br />,,vith the will annexed be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account
<br />and he is discharged of his trust.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting UP any claims or demands against the estate of Milton Hunt, deceased, and that
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Tilton Hunt departed Viis life on the 14th day of May, 1914,
<br />in Sari Diego County, California, leaving a last will and testament which instrument was. duly al-
<br />lowed and admitted to probate in the Superior Court of said County and State on the 7th day of
