Meyers <br />C.J.Lundqust <br />Laura V.Bulkeley <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />?u� T L T O N H U N T, DECEASED) <br />Now on this 21st day of July, 1915, this cause came on to be <br />heard upon the final report of M.T.Garlow, Administrator with tile Will Annexed of the estate of <br />Hilton Hunt, deceased, it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof on file that notice <br />has been given all persons interested as required by the law and the order of court dated July 10, <br />1915, and t ?sere being no objection or protest on file. <br />After due examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects <br />and ougUt to be allowed; that the said administrator with the will annexed has accounted for all <br />of the estate which came into his hands and tiiat there remains nothing in his possession for dis- <br />tribution. <br />The court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of the said Milton Hunt of the <br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the <br />time limited for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said <br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against the said Milton <br />Hunt, deceased, not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by tn.e court that the report of the administrator <br />,,vith the will annexed be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account <br />and he is discharged of his trust. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting UP any claims or demands against the estate of Milton Hunt, deceased, and that <br />said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said Tilton Hunt departed Viis life on the 14th day of May, 1914, <br />in Sari Diego County, California, leaving a last will and testament which instrument was. duly al- <br />lowed and admitted to probate in the Superior Court of said County and State on the 7th day of <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
