<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John Bergfleth, deceased, and
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that
<br />the said John Bergfleth departed this life on the 28th day of June, 1911,
<br />a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testament which was duly ad-
<br />mitted to probate in this court on the 3rd day of August, 1914. I
<br />The Court finds that the said John Bergfleth was at the time of his death the owner 6f the

<br />following; described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: I

<br />The North -west Quarter of the South -West Quarter of Section 14, Township 10, in Range 10; I
<br />The Egat Half of the South -east Quarter of Section 14, Township 10, Range 10, and
<br />The North -east Quarter of the North -east Quarter and Lot 1 in the North -east Quarter of Sec-
<br />tion 23, in Township 10, Range 10.
<br />The court finds that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the I,
<br />said John Bergfleth, deceased, all of said above described real estate did pass and descend at the
<br />death of the testator to 11ARY BERGFLETH, his widow, in absolute title.

<br />It is,tnerefore, considered and adjudged by the court that all of the above mentioned and des -

<br />cribed real estate did descend at the death of John Bergfleth, by virtue of provisions of his last,
<br />will and testament, to Mary Bergfleth to Piave and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forevezj.
