Mullin, County Judge. <br />Ili THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />JOHN BERGFLETH, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 13th day of March, 1915, this cause come on for <br />hearing upon the final report of Mary Bergfleth, executrix of the last will and testament of John <br />Bergfleth, deceased, the court finding that notice of final settlement was given to all persons <br />interested as required by the order of court dated March 3, 1915, and there being no objection or <br />protest on file. <br />After full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all res- <br />pects and ought to be approved and allowed; that the administratrix has accounted for all of the <br />estate which came into her possession, has paid the funeral expenses, the costs of administration, <br />the cash legacies, and that the balance of the personal property in her hands goes to the said <br />IZary Bergfleth as residuary legatee. <br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said John Bergfleth, deceased,' <br />of the time allowed and place appointed <br />for <br />filing <br />claims <br />against the estate of said <br />deceased; <br />that the time allowed for filing claims <br />has <br />fully <br />expired; <br />that all claims filed and <br />allowed <br />
