PRINTING, LITHOGRAPHING,STATIONER Y;OMFFv2 <br />Stella F.Wingert, his widow, and Mildred Wingert and Helen Wingert, his daughters. <br />The court finds that the said Jeremiah A.Wingert died possessed of the following described real <br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />;;Lot number five (5) in Block Number One Hundred twenty -nine (129) in Union Pacific Railway_ i <br />;Company's Second Addition to Grand Island; <br />;Lot Number eight (8) in Block number sixty -three (63) in Wheeler and Bennett's Addition to Grand <br />Island; <br />The easterly Twenty -four (24) feet of Lot Number eight (8) in Block Number Fifty -three (53) in <br />the original town of Grand Island. <br />The court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the above mentioneC <br />and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Jeremiah A.Wingert, intes- <br />tate, in the manner following: <br />To Stella F.Wingert, his widow, one third part thereof; <br />To Mildred Wingert, his daughter, one third part thereof; subject to the homestead rights of his <br />said widow in Lot 5, Block 129, U.P.Railway Company's 2nd Addition to Grand Island; <br />To Helen Wingert, his daughter, one third part thereof, subject to the homestead rights of the <br />said widow in Lot 5 in Block 129, in U.P.Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island. <br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that Lot 5 in Block 129 in Union <br />Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Lot 8 in Block 63 in Wheeler and <br />Bennett's Addition to Grand Island, and the easterly 24 feet of Lot 8 in Block 53 in the original <br />town of Grand Island, in Hall County, State of Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of <br />Jeremiah A.Wingert, under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, to Stella F.Wingert, <br />!Mildred Wingert and Helen Wingert in equal shares and in fee title, the said Mildred Wingert and <br />Helen Wingert taking, however, subject to the homestead right of the said Stella F.
