WINGERT, DECEASED. ) Now on this 16th day of June, 1915, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of the administratrix of the estate of Jeremiah A.Wingert, deceased, it satisfactorily appearing to the court that notice was given to all parties interested and there being no object- ion or protest on file. After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the said administratrix has accounted for all of the estate which came into her hands; that she has received from all sources the sum of ------------ - - - - -- $5575.00 and has paid out the sum of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $8122.42 leaving in her possession for distribution the sum of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 452.55• The court finds that notice was given to all creditors, in the manner provided by law, as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said Jeremiah A.Wingert, deceased; that the time limited for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the administratrix, Stella Wingert, be and same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account. It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from fil- ing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Jeremiah A.Wingert, deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. The court finds that the said Jeremiah A.Wingert departed this life on the 13" day of September, 1914, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intes - tate.
