<br />the 21st birthday of the youngest child of the testator, to -wit until June 15th, 1915-
<br />The court further finds that the said Elizabeth Burmuth is to have the personal property be -?

<br />longing to said estate, after paying therefrom all debts expenses of administration and legacy I
<br />to Clyde McCormick, for her use and benefit.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the account of the said executor be and
<br />the same is hereby allowed and approved as and for his final account and administration of the

<br />estate is continued only for purpose of carrying out the terms of the said will in reguard to be-
<br />` quest to Clyde McCormick.
<br />It is further considered and ordered that all claims and demands against said estate, not
<br />heretofore presented, are forever barred.

<br />And it is considered that Real .estate and Personal Property belonging said estate did pass
<br />and descend in accordance with the findings herein, under the terms and provisions of the Last

<br />I, Christopher Burmuth of Wood River Township, Hall County, Nebraska, knowing the uncertainty
<br />of life, and being; of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament 14
<br />manner and form following
<br />1. I direct that my funeral expenses, doctor bills, expenses of administrating my estate and all
<br />my debts be paid out of my personal property. If this be insufficient I authorize my executor to
<br />sell so much of the Real Estate as may be necessary to pay said claims
<br />SECOND:- I give and bequeath to my sons Ernest Phillip, Warren, Arthur Ray and Alvin Mitchell
<br />Burmuth all of my estate, real and personal. But I direct that my said property shall remain in
<br />charge of my said wife Elizabeth Burmuth until all of said above mentioned sons shall become of
<br />;age- When all of said sons are of age the said land to be sold and after the Dower interest of sa
<br />,Elizabeth Burmuth is taken out the balance shall be divided equally between the four sons Phillip
<br />Ernest Burmuth, Warren Burmuth and Arthur Ray Burmuth and Alvin Mitchell Burmood.
<br />THIRD:- I hereby direct that my stepson Clyde McCormick shall receive from my estate upon his 21
<br />birthday the sum of $100 (Ore Hundred Dollars) A team of horses, wagon and harness. Said horses,
<br />wagon and harness to come off the farm and to be selected by my Executor.
<br />FOURTH : - I appoint my son Phillip Ernest Burmuth, executor of this r¢y last will and testament,
<br />hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 30 day of April, 1904.
