<br />Willlwii H. Harrison, deceased,)
<br />Now on this 19 day of December, 1914, this cause came on for hearing upon the
<br />final report of Guy L. Harrison, administrator of the estate of William H. Harrison, deceased,
<br />and it appearing from the proofs on file that Emma E. Harrison, Guy L. Harrison, Fred L. Harrison
<br />Ray L. Harrison, Florence Harrison and Reed L. Harrison, heirs at law and all of the heirs at law
<br />of the said William H. Harrison, deceased, and the only persons interested in said estate, have
<br />entered their voluntary appearance herein and have, in writing, each approved ttii.e report of the
<br />said Guy L. Harrison, as such administrator, and requested in writing that said report be ap-
<br />proved, said administrator discharged and said estate closed.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that notice of the filing of
<br />the final report by said administrator and of Vie time and place fixed for hearing thereon be dis
<br />pensed with and the court having examined said report and being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that said re
<br />.:ort of said administrator is correct in all things and that the same ought to
<br />be allowed as and for the final report of said administrator and that said administrator has
<br />therein accounted for all property belonging to said estate which came into his possession or un-
<br />(i -der his control; t:Triat the funeral expenses and the costs of administration have been fully paid;

<br />that there are no unpaid claims against said estate and that there remains no property in the
<br />hands of said administrator belonging to estate, that due notice was given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate and that the time so fixed has fully
<br />expired.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that said report of the said Guy L.
<br />Harrison, as such administrator, be and the same is hereby allowed and approved in all things as
<br />and for ?pis final report,said administrator discharged and his bond released.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that any and all persons having claims against
<br />said estate and not presented and allowed by the court are forever barred, excluded and enjoined
<br />from settingr up or asserting any claim against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Williwr� H. Harrison left surviving him as his heirs at
<br />law axed his sole and only heirs at law, the follo,%Ting named persons: Emma E. Harrison, his sur-
<br />viving widow and mother of all of the children of the said William H. Harrison; Guy L. Harrison,
<br />a son; Fred L. Harrison, a son; Ray L. Harrison, a son, ilorence Harrison, a daughter, and Reed
<br />L. Harrison, a son, all of whom are of legal age.
<br />The court further finds that the said William H. Harrison died seized as the owner in fee
<br />simple of the folloi,�ing described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />towit: Lot Number Four (4), and the Westerly 29 feet of Lot Number Three (3), in Block One Hun -
<br />dred Eight {10£x), in Railroad Addition to the City of G -and Island, and that said premises was the
<br />!!homestead of the said William H. Harrison and Emma E. Harrison, his wife, and that the said Emma
<br />E. Harrison has a homestead estate therein. Also, Fractional Lot Four (4), in Fractional Block
<br />Five (5), in Ronnie Brae Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot Four (4), in Frac-
<br />tional Block Ttivrenty Two (22), in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, the same compris-
<br />ink one full town lot as shown by the recorded plats of said addition. Also, Lot Five (5), in
<br />Block One (1), in Arnold &. Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Lots One
<br />(1), Two (2) and Three (3), in Block Five (5 ), in the original town, (or village) of Cairo,NebraskL.
<br />The court further finds that upon the deatji of the said William H. Harrison, w io died, intes -+
<br />tate, the real estate hereinbefore described did Mass and descend by absolute title as follows:
