Winn, deceased,) <br />Now on this 2911 day of May, 1915, this cause came on for hearing upon the report and petition <br />of Rosa R. Winn, administratrix of said estate, for the settlement thereof, and it appearing from <br />the proofs on file herein that legal notice as required by law and the orders of this court has <br />been given to all persons interested of the filing of said report and the time and place of hear- <br />ing thereon and there being no objections thereto the court finds, upon examination, that same is <br />in all respects correct and should be allowed and that said administratrix has paid all claims <br />against said estate and has expended more money that she has received and has waived all claims <br />against said estate for the surplus thus expended. <br />The court further finds from the proofs on file in this matter that legal notice as required <br />by lava and the orders of this court has been given to all persons having claims against this es- <br />tate of the time and place for filing same; that said time has expired and that all claims and <br />costs of administration have been fully paid and that all other claims or debts of said estate, <br />if any exist, are forever barred and precluded. <br />The court further finds that said deceased died seized in fee simple of lot S, in Block 44 <br />of Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska; that at the <br />time of his death he was a married man and the head of a family and that said premises were his <br />homestead and the homestead of the said Rosa R. Winn and their minor son, Howard Atkins Winn, sur- <br />viving heirs at law of said deceased. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving him as his heirs and only heirs at <br />
