BUEHNER, DECEASED.) <br />Now on this 4th day of June,1915, this cause came on for hearing <br />upon the final report of Samuel C. Huston, administrator of the estate of Annie E. Buehner, de- <br />ceased, all of the heirs at law having entered their voluntary aj:pearance and waived notice of <br />'final settlement, and it appearing to the court that all claims against said estate have been <br />J paid and satisfied. <br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all res- <br />pects and ought to be allowed; that the administratortias accounted for all of said estate which <br />came into his hands and that he has nothing in his possession for distribution. <br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Annie E. Buehner, de- <br />ceased, as required by law, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against <br />said estate; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that no claims of any na- <br />ture were filed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any such <br />there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Samuel C. Huston, ad <br />ministrator, be and the same here by is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he <br />is discharged of his trust. <br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing; or setting up any claims against the estate of Annie E. Bueriner, deceased, and that said <br />estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said Annie E. Buehner departed this life, intestate, on the 16th <br />day of April, 1912, and that she was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska <br />The court finds that the said Annie E. Buehner left surviving her as 'tier heirs at law, and <br />her only rieirs at law, the following named persons: <br />Frank P. Buehner, her husband, Myrtle E. Haack, Pearl M. Sheffield, Annie Laura Clark, her <br />daughters, and Louis G. Buehner and Arthur Ray Buehner, her sons. <br />The court finds that the said Annie :E. Buehner, deceased, was at the time of her death the <br />owner of the following described real estate; to -wit: <br />Lot Number Nine (9) in .Block Number Nine (9) in H. G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one - eighth interest in the South -east Quarter of Section 34, in Township S, in <br />Range 10, in Adams County, State of Nebraska, and an undivided one - eighth interest in an undivi- <br />ded half interest in the East half of the South -west Quarter of section 34, in Township S, in <br />Range 10, in Adams County, Nebraska. <br />The court finds that the said Frank P. Buehner is the father of all of the children of said <br />deceased, and that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State cf Nebraska, all of the, <br />right, title and interest of the said Annie E. Buehner in and to the above described real estate <br />did pass and descend at her death in the manner following,to -wit <br />To Frank P. Buehner, one third part thereof; <br />To <br />Myrtle E. Haack, <br />Pearl M. Sheffield, <br />Annie Laura <br />Clark, <br />Louis G. <br />Buehner and Arthur Ray <br />Buehner, <br />two- fifteenths <br />part thereof to each <br />in absolute <br />title, <br />subject <br />to the homestead right of <br />the said Frank P. Buehner in said real estate. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all of the above mentioned and des- <br />cribed real estate did pass and descend at the death of Annie E. Buehner, intestate, in the man- <br />ner following under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska: <br />
