<br />The court finds that the said Eleonore R. Reimers departed this life on the 25th day of Feb - I
<br />'urary, 1914, tieing at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she
<br />deft a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 31st day

<br />?of March, 1914,
<br />The court further finds that the said Eleonore R. Reimers was at the time of her death the
<br />owner of bank stock in the First National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, of the par value of
<br />$3000.00 and the owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and
<br />.State of Nebraska, to -wit;
<br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Block One Hundred and Six (106), in Railroad
<br />Addition to Grand Island.

<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions.- of said last will and testament the

<br />!above menticned bank stock as well as the above mentioned and described real estate did pass to
<br />r
<br />land become the property of John Reimers, at the death of the said Eleonore R. Reimers.
<br />It is, therefore, considered, adjudged and decreed by the court treat Lots 7 & 8 in Block 106,
<br />in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the
<br />!death of Eleonore R. Reimers, under the provisions of her last will and testament, to John Reimers
<br />?in absolute title and that the bank stock above mentioned did pass to the said John Reimers.
<br />h The court further finds that the tax heretofore assessed on the inheritance of John Reimers,
<br />,sole legatee, has been by him fully paid and that he has paid all costs of administration.
