<br />the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Eleonore R. Reimers deceased, was
<br />filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31 day of March A.D.1914, said instrument to which
<br />this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said
<br />Eleonore R. Reimers, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 1-2th day of March, 1915, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of
<br />John Reimers, executor of the last will and testament of Eleonore B. Reimers, deceased, it appear-
<br />ing to the satisfaction of the court that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased
<br />have entered their voluntary appearance in the matter, waived further notice, approved of the exec -
<br />utor's account and consent to its allowance by the court.
<br />On consideration of the report, the files and the evidence the court finds that said report is
<br />correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the executor
<br />estate of Eleonore. R. Reimers, deceased, which came into his�t
