Mullin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have com- <br />pared the foregoing copy of Will.' & Testament, Certificate of Probate and Final Decree in the mat- <br />,ter of the estate of Fred W. Reimers, wife of John Reimers, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound <br />mind and memory but mind -ful of the uncertainties of human life, do make, publish and de- <br />clare this my last will amd testament, that is to say- <br />Item First. <br />It is my will or wish that all my just debts or obligations be first fully paid and <br />satisfied. <br />Item Second. <br />i <br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband,John Reimers, all my estate, real <br />i <br />personal and mixed for his sole use, disposition and enjoyment hereby reposing full confi- <br />dence in his judgment to make such disposition thereof during; his life or by will among <br />our children as his prudence and judgment may dictate. <br />Item Third. <br />As I contemplate visiting my old home beyond the seas in the near future with my husband <br />and being mindful of the dangers attending such journey it is my will that in the event my <br />husband and myself shall both die on Ouch journey that my jewelry, wearing apparel and ar -i <br />titles of personal adornment shall belong to my only daughter, Alma Weitzer, and that all <br />the rest and residue of my estate shall be divided equally among all our children share <br />and share alike, and in the event any_our children should die before my death then the <br />children of the one so dieing to take the same share its parent would have received, if thdn <br />i <br />living. <br />Item Fourth. <br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband, John Reimers, my sole executor and make <br />i <br />him sole residuary legates and request that he be not required to give bond or to make or <br />file any inventory of my estate or file any report of his doings as such executor. <br />Item Fifth. <br />In the event my said husband and I should�both die on our contemplated jol4rney or in the, <br />i <br />event I should out -live my hu s band then it is my will and wish that my eldest son, then <br />i <br />living and Mr. C. F. Bentley be made executors hereof and that they be not required to <br />give bonds as such and that neither should be held responsible for the acts of defaults <br />i <br />
