being; satisfied from the proof on file that notice was givenVall persons interested as required
by law and the order of court dated March 1,1915, and there being no objection or protest on file
Upon examination of said report and the files and records of this office, the court finds
that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed; that the exe-
cutor has accounted for all of the estate which came to his possession or under his control;
that he has paid the legacies as directed in said last will and testament, as well as the costs
of administration, and that there remains nothing in his hands for distribution.
The court finds that the time allowed creditors of the said Fred W.Hardekopf, deceased, for
filing claims against his estate has fully expired; that due and legal notice has been published
as required by law and the order of court, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing
claims against said estate; that no claims were filed against said estate; that all claims out-
standing against the said Fred W.Hardekopf, deceased, not so filed, if any such there be, are
that said estate is fully settled and closed.
The court finds that the said Fred W. Hardekopf departed this life on the 7th day of July,
1914,
the
time of his death a resident of Hall
on the 8t4
day of
August, 1914.
The court finds that the said Fred W. Hardekopf was at the tipae of his death the owner of the
following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit -:
Lot Number Six (6), in Block Number Seventeen (17), in ttie original town, now City,of -Grand
I sland.
The court finds that under and by virute of the terms and provisions of said last will and
testament the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the
said Fred W. Hardekopf to Katherina Hardekopf, his widow, in absolute title.
