<br />against, laid estate, and due notice of same given by publication for four successive reeks during
<br />said period, in THE SHELTON CLIPPER, a legal weekly newspaper, published and generally circulated
<br />in said County; that said period of time has fully elapsed; that all claims filed and allowed, as
<br />also all costs and expenses of administering said estate, have been fully paid and discharged by
<br />said Administrator; and that all other claims outstanding against said estate, if any there be,

<br />are now and forever barred; and that the said EDWIN L. SMITH, also knoWn of record as E.L. SMITH,
<br />are one and the same person.
<br />FIFTH:- That the final account of said Administrator is just and correct, and should be approved
<br />and allowed as filed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court, that the final account of said Ad-
<br />ministrator be, and the same hereby is, approved and allowed as filed; that the above named mania
<br />E. Smith, as the widow of said decendent, take and have, in fee simple an undivided one - fourth
<br />(4) interest in and to the above described real estate; and also have, for her use and benefit, a,'
<br />life interest in and to the above premises designated as the homestead of said decendent at the
<br />time of his death; and that the above named George W. Smith, Ida Smith Hutton, and Lotta Smith
<br />Barrett, as the children of said decendent, each take and have, in fee simple, an undivided one -
<br />fourth (4) interest each, in and. to the above described real estate, subject however to the life
<br />Interest of rTaria E. Smith trierein and to the said described homestead.
