<br />At a session of the County Court, held in and for said County, at the County
<br />Court Room therein, on the 10th day. of March,A.D.,1913.
<br />Present, F.M.Hallowell, County Judge, A.H.Berbig, Clk County Court.
<br />BE IT REIMEI.,TRERED, That on this 10th day of March, 1913, said matter came on to be heard before the
<br />Court, after having been continued from the lst day of march,1913, upon the petition of George L.
<br />Gardner, as Administrator of said estate, praying for tree final settlement and allowance of his
<br />final account, filedtherewith; for a Decree of Heirship and Distribution; and for a Discharge
<br />from his trust as such Administrator.
<br />And it appearing from proofs on file treat due notice of the time and place of nearing on said pe-
<br />tition, has been given to all persons interested in said estate, by publication for three succes-
<br />sive weeks prior hereto, in THE SHELTON CLIPPED, a legal weekly newspaper, published and generally
<br />circulated In said County.
<br />AND NOW, no one appearing to in any manner object, said matter is submitted to the Court upon said
<br />petition,
<br />and, the eviaence
<br />adduced, on
<br />due consideration
<br />wnereof,
<br />the Court finds the allegations
<br />of said petition
<br />to be true,
<br />and that
<br />the prayer thereof
<br />should be
<br />granted.
<br />The Court further finds t.nd adjudges, from the evidence, as follows: -
<br />FIRST:- That the said EDWIN L. ST.TITTI departed this life intestate, on the 28th day of February,
<br />1912, and was tt,,en it resident of our said County of Buffalo.
<br />SECOND:- That the said EDWIN L. SIvTITJI left surviving him, Maria E. Smith, his widow; and George
<br />W. Smith, Ida Smith Button, and Lotta Smith Barrett, his children; each of full legal age, as his
<br />sole heirs at law and next of kin.
<br />THIRD : - That the said EDWIN L. SMITH died posses Ned of certain personal property, as Shown by the
<br />inventory herein, and which is duly accounted for by said Administrator, in said final account;
<br />also seized of the following described real estate, to -wit : -
<br />Lot No. 6, Block No. 2, in First Addition to the Village of Snelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska;
<br />being the homestead of said decendent and family at th.e time of his death; also Lot No. 12 in
<br />Block No. 5 of Parkview Addition to the Village of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska; and also
<br />In Block No.6,
<br />Lots No. 5 and 6,nof First Addition to the Village of Shelton; also
<br />Lots No. 4,5,6, and 7, In. Bloch No. 13, of Parkview Addition to the Village of Shelton; all the
<br />above described premises being, situate in Buffalo County, State of Nebraska; and also
<br />The North West Quarter (NW -,1-) of Section Fourteen (14), in Township Nine (9) North, of Range Twelve
<br />(12), 'Vest of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />FOURTH : - That a period of six months has been allowed all creditors in which to file their claims
