<br />I, J. H. Mullin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared
<br />the foregoing copy of the Final Decree in the matter of the estate of Peter Claussen, deceased,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is:a correct trans-
<br />cript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having,; a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I ant the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records

<br />Be it remembered that on this 8th day of February, A.D. 1.915, that being one of the days of
<br />the Special February Term 1915, of the District Court of the 11th Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br />within and for the County of Hall, held at the Court House in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />before Hon. James N. Paul, one of the judges of the said District, the following among other
<br />proceedings were had in the words and figures following tc -wit : -

<br />This day came the plaintiff in person and by Horth & Ryan, her attorneys, and
<br />the defendant by Fred W. Ashton, his attorney, and now this cause came on for trial, upon the
<br />petition of the plaintiff, tt.e answer of the defendant, and the evidence, and was submitted to
<br />the Court, upon consideration whereof, the Court finds Vat the plaintiff at the time of filing
<br />her petition had been a resident of the State of Nebraska for more than twenty years immediately
<br />preceding the same, and was at that time a bona fide resident of this County of Hall, and that
<br />the parties hereto were ir,arried oil the 14th day of March, 1894, at Grand Island, Nebraska, as in
<br />said petition set forth.
<br />The Court further finds that the allegations of plaintiff's petition are true.
<br />The Court further finds fror,i the evidence adduced that the said defendant disregarding his mar-
<br />ital duties and obligations on or about June 1, 1909, wilfully deserted this plaintiff'.; that al-
<br />though being a Man of sufficient ability and means to provide suitable maintenance and support
<br />for this piaLintiff, the said defendant has for more than ten yeats last.past, grossly, wantonly
<br />
<br />and
<br />cruelly neglected
<br />and refused
<br />so
<br />to do, all
<br />as alleged in the plaintiff's petition and that
<br />by
<br />reason thereof srle
<br />is entitled

<br />a divorce
<br />as prayed for.
<br />The
<br />Court further
<br />finds that the plaintiff
<br />is the
<br />owner,
<br />in her
<br />own name and right, of
<br />Lots

<br />in Block Ninety -five (95)
<br />and of
<br />Lot One
<br />(1) in
<br />Block Ninety -two (92)
<br />all
<br />in
<br />original town, now city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds Viat there has been a property settlement and agreement made by and be-
<br />tween tllc parties hereto, whicrk settlement is in writing, and is made a part of this decree, and
<br />is in words an.A figures as follows, to -wit:-
<br />"Know all men by the presents, That whereas, Leo Benninghoven of Douglas County, Nebraska, and
<br />Arthalie Benninghoven of Hall County, 'Nebraska, being husband and wife, and fi -riding that it is
