<br />Row on this 5th day of February, 1;'15, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />`and petition of Hans Heinrich Broderson,,administrator of said estate, for a final settlement the*-
<br />of, and it appearing; from the proofs on file that all persons interested in said estate have
<br />waived notice, publication and time of the filing thereof and the court, upon examination of said
<br />report, finds that it is, in all respects, correct and that no money or property has come into trio,
<br />hands of said administrator, belonging to said estate, that he has paid the costs of administration
<br />and attorneys fees, makes no claim against said estate therefor and that said report should be
<br />allowed and approved.
<br />,The court further finds from the proofs on file in this case that due notice, as by law and the
<br />orders of this court required, has been given to all creditors of said estate of the time and
<br />place for filing claims and that said time has fully expired, that no claims have been filed
<br />;against same and that all claims against said estate are forever barred and precluded.
<br />This case coming on further to be heard upon the petition of the administrator heretofore filed
<br />herein and his petition for final settlement herein and upon the evidence of said petitioner duly
<br />submitted to this court and the court being fully advised in the premises finds that said Peter
<br />@haussen died, intestate, while a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 21st, 1884; that

<br />at the time of his death lie was seized in fee of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Sec-
<br />tion Thirty Two (32) and the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Thirty One (31),
<br />all in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that he

<br />.lived upon said premises as his homestead with his wife at the time of his death; that he left
<br />surviving him as his heirs and only heirs at law Maria Christina Claussen, his widow; that he left`
<br />I
<br />no children, nor any issue or descendants of any deceased child or children surviving him; that
<br />his father and mother both preceded him in death; that he left no brothers or sisters, xor the is-
<br />sue or descendents of any deceased brothers ox sisters surviving him, and that at the time of his
<br />death there was no kindred of his blood living and that his sole heir at law was his said widow,
<br />the above named Maria Christina Claussen and that all of the property and estate of said deceased,
<br />including; the above described real estate, descended and passed, by operation of law and as pro-
<br />by statute, in fee simple to the said Maria Christina Claussen and her heirs and assigns
<br />i
<br />forever.
<br />The court further find$ that afterwards and on March 12th, 1594, the said Maria Christina Claussen,
<br />sole heir at law of Peter Claussen deceased conveyed said above described lands and s j
<br />y premises by
<br />warranty deed to said Hans Heinrich Broderson, as set forth in his said petition. The court fur-
<br />they finds that afterwards, towit: On April 4th, 1903, the said Maria Christina Claussen died,
<br />intestate, in Hall County, Nebraska, and that said Hans Heinrich Br4erson, as the owner of said
<br />lands and premises, was entitled to haine administration upon the estate of the said Peter Claussen
<br />deceased, for the purpose of probating the same; and establishing the title to said premises, by
<br />;descent, as by statute provided.
<br />It is,therefore, by the court ordered, adjudged and decreed that the final report of said ad-
<br />,ministrator be and the same is hereby approved and allowed; that all claims against said estate
<br />are forever barred and precluded; that upon the death of the said Peter Claussen the above des-
<br />cribed real estate passed and descended, in fee simple,:, by operation of law, to his said widow,
<br />;Maria Christina Claussen, and to her heirs and assigns forever; that said estate is Hereby closed,
<br />;said administrator discharged and his bond released.
