<br />Margaret Wilkinson Morgan, a daughter;

<br />Mildred Louise Wilkinson, a daughter.
<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of the said John Wilkinson, the real estate herein-
<br />before described did pass and descend by absolute title, under the intestate laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, to the said ATary E. Gross Wilkinson, Alice Wilkinson Ewbank, James R. Wilkinson, Agnes
<br />Wilkinson Cooper, Isabel Wilkinson O'Keefe, Margaret Wilkinson Morgan, Dora Wilkinson Dolan,
<br />Elizabeth Jane Wilkinson, Ada Lillian Wilkinson and Mildred Louise Wilkinson in the following
<br />proportions; towit:
<br />To Mary E. Gross Wilkinson, surviving widow, an undivided one fourth, and to the said Alice Wil-
<br />kinson Ewbank, James R. Wilkinson, Agnes Wilkinson Cooper, Isabel Wilkinson O'Keefe, Margaret
<br />Wilkinson Morgan, Dora Wilkinson Dolan, Elizabeth Jane Wilkinson, Ada Lillian Wilkinson and
<br />Mildred Louise Wilkinson, eacii an undivided one twelfth. I
<br />W 1EREFOPE, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the final report of the said
<br />Mary E. Gross Wilkinson and James R. Wilkinson, as adininiiatrators of the estate of John Wilkinson,
<br />.deceased, be and the same hereby is allowed and approved as and for their final report herein;
<br />that said administrators be and '11',ftey hereby are discharger) and their bond as such administrators
<br />is hereby released.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court triat, all persons having claims against the
<br />estate of the said John Wilkinson, deceased, ztrid not filed with the court, if any such there be,
<br />are forever excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any claims against said estate.
