<br />The Court further finds that the said John Wilkinson. died, intestate, at his home in Laramie
<br />County, Wyoming, on the 15th day of January, 1914, and that at the time of his death he was a
<br />.resident of Laramie County, Wyoming, but died seized of the following; described real estate sit-
<br />Vated in the State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />All of the Northeast quarter of Section Five (5), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th Principal Meridian, subject to the right of way of the St. Joseph & Grand Island
<br />Railway Company, and excepting; the following described tracts, to -wit: 1st, The eight acre tract;
<br />In the Northeast corner of said quarter deeded by Henry A.Somers and wife to L. Henry, et. a.ls.,
<br />trustees, and recorded in Book 2 of De�:;ds at Page 18 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />2nd, A thirty one acre tract in the Southeast quarter of said Northeast quarter and described as
<br />follows, towit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of said Northeast
<br />quarter, running thence east along the south line of said Northeast quarter to the southeast cor-
<br />ner thereof , thence north, along the east line of said quarter 62 rods, thence west, parallel

<br />with the south line of said quarter, to the west line of the Southeast quarter of said Northeast
<br />quarter, thence South, parallel with the east line of said Section Five (5), 62 rods to the place
<br />of beginning; and 3rd, A tract of land described as follows, towit: Commencing at a point 50
<br />feet east of the present center of the railroad track of the St. Joseph & Grand Island Railway
<br />Company, at the southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Said Section

<br />Five (5), running thence east on the half section line 16 rods, thence north 20 rods, thence west`
<br />16 rods, thence south 20 rods to the place of beginning, containing in all two acres.
<br />The tract above described as being owned by the said John Wilkinson, after deducting the three
<br />exceptions, contains 119 acres, a little more or less. I
<br />Also, Lot Three (3), Island, of Section Nine (9), in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West
<br />of the 6th P.M. and containing 55.10 acres, more or less, according to the government survey. j

<br />ship Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. and containing 225.30 acres according
<br />to government survey.
<br />Also,Lot Four (4), Island, of Section Nine (9), in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., containing 31.20 acres, according to government survey.

<br />the City of Omaha, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />The Court further finds that the said John Wilkinson, deceased, left surviving him as nextofkin and;

<br />Mary E. Gross Wilkinson, his surviving widow, and mother of Mildred Louise Wilkinson, but not the
<br />mother of the otter children of said deceased;
<br />Alice Wilkinson Ewbank, a daughter;
<br />James R. Wilkinson, a son;
<br />Agnes Wilkinson Cooper, a daughter;
