<br />Now on this 20th day of January, 1915, this cause came on for hearing, all persons interested in
<br />the estate of Michael Kroeger, deceased, having entered their voluntary appearance and asked that
<br />the final report of the executrix be allowed by the court without further notice to them.
<br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of the said Michael Kroeger, deceased, in the
<br />manner provided by law, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing Olaims against said
<br />estate; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against the estate of Michael Kroeger, deceased, have been fully paid and satisfied; that
<br />all claims outstanding against the said Michael Kroeger, and not so filed, if any such there be,
<br />are therefore, forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court thst the report of Christina Kroeger,
<br />executrix of the last will and testament of Michael Kroeger, deceased, be and the same hereby is
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Michael Kroeger, deceased, and that said estate is
<br />fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Michael Kroeger departed this life on the 16th day of April, 1914
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall Countyi Nebraska, and that he left a last will
<br />and testament which was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the Ist day of May,
<br />1914.
<br />The court finds that the said Michael Kroeger left surviving him as his heirs at law, devisees
<br />and legatees, the following named persons;
<br />Christine Kroeger, his widow, and Herman Kroeger and August Kroeger, his sons, and Caroline
<br />Guenther and Auguste Dibbern, his daughters.
<br />The court finds that the said Michael Kroeger was at the time of his death the owner in fee of th
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North -east Quarter of Section Thirty -two (32), in Township Ten (10), in Range Nine (9) and
<br />Lots Numbered Four (4) and Five (5) on Mainland in Section Twenty -nine (29), in Township Ten (10)
<br />in Range Nine (9), and 23 acres on Mainland in the South -east Quarter of the South -east Quarter
<br />of Section Twenty -five (25), in Township Ten (10), in Range Ten (10).
<br />And the court finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the sai
<br />Michael Kroeger, deceased, all of said above described real estate did pass and descend at the
<br />death of the testator to Christine Kroeger, for her use and benefit during her natural life and
<br />that at her death all of said real estate does pass and descend to Herman Kroeger, in fee, sub-
<br />ject to the payment by him of the sum of Four Thousand Dollars to August Kroeger and Auguste
<br />Dibbern, residuary legatees.
<br />The court further finds that the said Michael Kroeger died seized of Lot Number One (1) in Giese#
<br />South Lawn, being a subdivision of the South -east Quarter of the South -west Quarter of Section
<br />Twenty (20), in Township Eleven (11), In Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and/,under the provisions of his last will and testament said real estate did descend
<br />at his death to Christine Kroeger, his widow, for =e term of her natural life, and that at her
<br />death said real estate does pass and descend to August Kroeger and Auguste Dibbern in fee, an
<br />undivided half interest to each.
