<br />Catharine Brennan, his mother, and Michael Brennan, his brdther; that he left no wife, no
<br />children or child, and no father surviving him.

<br />'The court finds that the said William Brennan died possessed of the following described real
<br />i
<br />estate situate in the County..of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />I
<br />Lot Number One (1) in Block Number Three (3) in Spaulding and Gregg's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, and an. undivided one -half interest in the South -half of the South -west Quarter of
<br />Section 35 in Township 11 in Range 11, west of the 6th P.M.
<br />The court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all
<br />of said -above described real estate did descend at the death of the said William Brennan in the
<br />manner following:
<br />To his mother, Catharine Brennan, sole surviving parent, all of the right, title and interest of
<br />the said William Brennan, deceased, in and to the above described real estate, in absolute title.
<br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that Lot No.l in Block No.3, in Spaulding
<br />& Gregg's Addition to Grand island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and the undivided one -half interest
<br />of William Brennan in the South half of the South -west Quarter of Section Thirty -five (35) in
<br />Township Eleven (11), Range Eleven (11), in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the
<br />death of William Brennan, intestate, to Catharine Brennan, his mother, in absolute title.

<br />The agreement entered into by and between Catharine Brennan and Michael Brennan as to division
<br />of personal property is approved.

<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct trans-
<br />cript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records
<br />of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
