<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John L.Johnson, deceased, and that said
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said John L.Johnson departed this life on the let day of July, 1911,
<br />being at the time of his death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will
<br />and testament which was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the let day of
<br />August, 1911.
<br />The court finds that the said John L.Johnson was, at the time of his death, the owner in fee of
<br />the following describes real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />The North West Quarter (N.W.J) of Section Six (6), in Township Eleven (11), in Rang®'No.Ten (10),
<br />and The North East Quarter (NE�) of Section One (1), in Township Eleven (11), in Range Eleven (11)
<br />The court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament the executor,
<br />John L.Johnson, Jr., was given full power to sell and convey real estate and that he has sold
<br />and conveyed all the said real estate as shown by his final report.
<br />The court finds that the said John L.Johnson, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs at lair-
<br />and legatees, the following named persons:
<br />Jane H.Johnson, his widow, and Hannah Johnson, Lewis Johnson, Edward Johnson, Inez Johnson Brown,
<br />Ida Johnson Jepson, Rhoda Johnson Wentworth, Lillie Johnson, John L.Johnson, Jr., Anna Johnson,
<br />Walter Johnson, Mertie Johnson, Ruby Johnson and Ruth Johnson, and that all of the cash bequests
<br />under the will have been paid to them as well as their distributive shares of the money derived
<br />from the sale of the real estate as provided in said last will and testament, all of which is
<br />fully shown by the executot!s report and by the receipts of the legatees filed in this office.
<br />The court finds that the N.W.- of .Section 6, Township 11, Range 10 was sold by the executor io
<br />Jane H.Johnson; that the south J of the NE-4L of Section 1, Township 11, Range 11, was sold by the
<br />executor to Jane H.Johnson; that the NEJ of the NE� of Section 1, Township 11, Range 11, was
<br />sold by the executor to Walter Johnson, and that NW� of the NEJ of Section 1, Township 11, Range
<br />11, was sold by the executor to Lewis Johnson..

<br />foregoing copy of The Last Will and Testament and Final Decree in the matter of the estate of
<br />John L.Johnson, Deceased with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the
<br />same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court
<br />is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal
<br />and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at
